Cosmog

Cosmog is a next-generation Pokemon GO MITM for Android-based mapping, compatible with the Unown# backend stack.

Cosmog is designed to permit many mapping workers to run simultaneously on a single device, with limited falloff in speed per worker with each new one added, which is an issue that exists in most other MITM software.

I developed Cosmog myself as a personal project because I was interested in learning more about reverse engineering, and it quickly proved much more successful than I expected. My goal with making Cosmog public is to allow higher-quality, cheaper mapping services to be available to the Pokemon GO community.

As a curious person myself, I understand how pursuing projects such as PoGo mapping can be very interesting, and how license fees can be cost-prohibitive for some, especially for people doing it for themselves or to learn, rather than make a public map of their own. For this reason, Cosmog has a free tier that should be enough to allow for mapping a small city, depending on spawn density and desired scan cycle times. There are also paid tiers that can accommodate professional and larger-scale mapping.

As a quick aside, I reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. Don't be a meanie and you shouldn't have an issue.
